At UFA Mart, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery, subject to the terms below.

Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

Gift cards

Final sale or clearance items

Personalized or custom-made products

Perishable or hygiene-related products (e.g., food, cosmetics, undergarments)

 

Return Process

1. Contact us at contact@ufamart.com to request a return authorization.

2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).

3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back.

 

Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.), we will cover return shipping costs.

If the return is due to a change of mind or customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

 

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).

 

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
